How to File a Claim

1. Stop driving if further damage is possible; document symptoms.
2. Call (307) 630-0042 for prior authorization or email sales@jsautosales.com.
3. Get a written estimate from an ASE-certified shop; include VIN & mileage.
4. Await approval; approved repairs proceed with $100 deductible per visit.
5. Submit final invoice and records for coverage confirmation.

3. Authorization

   All repairs require prior written approval or recorded authorization.

4. Liability Limit

   Up to reasonable repair cost or vehicle market value, whichever is lower.

5. Exclusions

   Wear items, cosmetic defects, rust, aftermarket mods, racing use, pre-existing damage.

6. Transfer

   Transferable within term ($75 fee). Inspection may be required.

7. Governing Law
